I agree 100%. I think it's cruel to ship puppies across the country, no matter the age. In this case, the interested buyer lives only 1 hour from the breeder (puppy mill???), so if they still plan to check it out, I will be very interested in learning what they find out. If it were me, I'd go and check it out, even if I weren't planning to buy a puppy there, because I'd want to be able to warn others away from there if it is a puppy mill.
