Poor baby. Don't worry, Phoebe will be her beautiful self again soon. I would just even out the top of her head back to wherever the shaved part starts. Leave the rest of her coat as is if she is comfortable with grooming in general.
For bathing, you may want to wait longer than 2 weeks to do a full bath. Just do a body wash and carefully clean her head with wet cotton balls or gauze pads. My Max had corneal ulcers and I think bathing interfered with them healing correctly. The worst one finally healed when we waited over a month to fully wash his head. I was able to wash his beard, but no water over the top of his head.
Phoebe is lucky to have a great mom caring for her.
