 Hair-do options....
Okay, though I am certainly not an expert, it seems to me as though Chloe has a 'cottony' coat. It's soft but not silky and it's slightly wavy. How do I know for sure if she has a cotton coat and what are the CUTE options as far as grooming? I don't want her to look shaggy but I was hoping she would have a long pretty coat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
