the way I did the chicken gizzards I turned the oven on lowest it will go 170 and I boiled the gizzards for a few mins, put them in the oven it took about 6 hrs or so.. I haven't tried the liver yet, so im thinking since livers aren't tough cut them in small pieces not to small they will prolly shrink up some and before you put them in the oven might want to dry them off with a paper towel, let them cook at 170 and i just used a cookie pan.
