You can tell those are buzzards by the "split tips on the wings"....see how the feathers are separated at the end of the wings....hawks have a different wing structure...their wings "finished" on the ends...I do not know the correct terminology, but buzzards wings look fringed at the ends, hawks have wings that are smoth and finished off....like the wing of a sparrow....
