Poor little soul....I would get to the vet, ASAP, and start the expense of having the baby treated....this baby has drawn the green weenie, no choice of it's own, from the moment of conception, at the hands of a ruthless puppy mill, and this is that baby's one chance to turn thing around.....Praying for the baby and you aunt....it may be just coccidia and can be "easily" treated....hopefully, it is not parvo....or any other serious issues....
