I am so sorry about your aunt's Yorkie.

There really is only 2 options:
1) Take back to the store if there is a return purchases policy
or
2) Learn from the experience and take this baby to the vet asap and do everything that can be done to help it.

Praying for this innocent baby and for your aunt to have the strength to do what needs to be done!

Edit: also, meant to ask - what is wrong with the pup? (symptoms)
