Whats done is done, get this pup to a vet ASAP. This poor pup was bred by the worst kind of breeder there is, probably shipped by truck from the broker who bought it from the greeder, and then sat in a storefront for a period of time. There are far too many things that can be wrong with this pup to take any chances. At this point I will say rescue this pup and get it to the vet. Deal with the store later, sounds like you care enough now to be strong enough to follow through
Your other option is to return this pup to face a fate I don't want to think about.
In the future remember buying pups from stores, etc....NOOOOOOO
