What's the best way to cook livers in the oven to keep them from being a crumbly mess? I have boiled them and cut them into chunks, but have never tried the oven. Would it also work in a convection toaster oven?
And where the heck do you buy hearts? We don't have butcher shops around us. Can you ask for them at the meat counter in a regular grocery like Publix?
