I would definitely take her back to the Vet. I have never experienced this, but have read so many cases where the first fecal exam misses things. That is a really long time to have diarreah - especially with such a small dog.
In the mean time (while you wait on your appointment), make sure to give her some pedialyte and nutrical to help with the loss of fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients. Also, you may want to try some can pure pumpkin (not pie filling). Just about a 1/2 tablespoon a couple of times a day would be good.
Again, I suggest these things while you wait to get her back to the vet, but definitely get her back in there for some more testing ok.
