Oh no. I'm so sorry Mimi is in discomfort right now. I am wondering if the food switch is causing her some itchiness down there or something.
I probably wouldn't give her a bath, but maybe place a warm, moist washcloth on her bum area?
I know it is hard to wait, but it is good they are getting you in today. Hang in there! You are doing all you can do. She knows her mommy loves her. Prayers for Mimi!!
