I have used both. I prefer the playpen because the puppy can go in there even when it isn't sleeping. For example when you are doing your floors or maybe gone to the store.
My Adie had to be crated because she could climb out of ANYTHING. She once climbed up the back of the couch! But she got used to the crate and went in it automatically when she saw us getting ready to go somewhere. |
