Groomers don’t go in the bum. They express them on the outside, so it doesn’t get all the juice. I would run her into the Vet and have them express her anal glands. I bet you they will tell you she still had some in there…
I use to get Peanut’s done at the groomers, but within a month I would have to take him back- Then I was talking to my Vet about it and he told me what I said above- he had one of the techs check and they were still pretty full. I will only have the vet do them and I noticed I hardly need them. Some dogs need them more than others.
Peanut also does the butt scoot after he gets his done, so she could be doing it just because, but it is always nice to check.. I know my Vet only charges me like 10$ to have them expressed and they cut his nails for free.
