Since the Sentinel (which is Interceptor with a flea treatment) shortage, I've been using Trifexis without incident. Trifexis, Interceptor, and Sentinel should ALL be given on a full stomach to avoid vomiting.

That being said, I only have one more dose of Trifexis left, and I will be going back to Sentinel. Since your dog did well on Interceptor, I would give Sentinel a shot. They've dropped the price to about half of what it was before the shortage, and since it also covers fleas you wouldn't need to also give a flea treatment on the side. You would definitely save a lot of $$$$.
