Is your friend checking out ALL local shelters IN PERSON & NOT by phone ? Also has he/she run an add in the local newspaper in the lost/found? as many people do not have a PC. I am Praying this baby is found safe soon. Also have your friend call all local Vets offices & ask if anyone has turned in this pup & ask them to post the info on their bulletin board. |
