I have never heard of a "no fence" rule. Do you not have pools or water features then? This is so unusual......in California you have to have a fence around a pool.
I see that a lot of people use the invisible fence. Is it designed for small breed dogs?
I like the kind Gina talked about that emits a high pitched sound. That sounds more humane for some reason.
I just don't like the fact that behaviorists say it can lead to psycological problems. I don't think we would think it was okay for children so why our furkids? We watch over and supervise our skin kids so they don't run out into the street. Why can't we do that for our furkids too? |
