Is Tatiana from Iowa? If no, her skin issues could be a result of climate/region change. If she is a young puppy, allergies would be very strange to have at this point...but, allergies would be starting up in your area since it's April.
The first thing I'd do is look at the label of the EUK food she was on - check out what the protein source was, and what the main carb was...and also peruse the other veggies/etc. Then, if I wanted a higher quality food than EUK, I'd look for a food that had the same main ingredients that the EUK had.
