Always get a vet's exam and x-rays after a head injury, particularly one where the dog's behavior is different. He's acting scared either from pain or he could be developing swelling of his brain and having hallucinations, weird sensations. Get him to an Emergency Vet and keep him very quiet until you get him there. I wouldn't let him eat or even drink a lot until you see the vet. He needs a neuro exam and x-rays at the very least.
