Love

You would have to love yorkies to understand, but all of us that do know what you are talking about. I lost my Roxie back in January when she ate a sago palm seed and died from sago palm poisoning. I cannot describe to anyone, except another yorkie person, the pain I have felt since. She was only three years old and things were not supposed to happen the way they did. I am so grateful for the time I had with her. Sometimes it's like she is so close by, even now. That may sound strange, but it feels like she is closer some days than others. Just my heart playing tricks on my mind, I guess. I now have my little Maxie, who is such a sweet girl. She reminds me of Roxie in many ways, but each one is still different. One of them will never take the place of the other, I love each one for their different little self!
