Sorry, I forgot to update the post!
Stuart is not doing well. I'm doing my best to keep him comfortable and as alert as I can.
The vet said all we can do is give him comfort meds - what we've been doing since I got him but she's increased the dose on the prednisone and the Carbamax. She said it's hard to tell how much longer he has but she thinks several months yet. So that's good at least. Everymorning when I wake up I listen to hear him breathing. Sometimes I can't hear him so I have to put my hand on his chest. He sleeps most of the time now but he will walk around the yard to go potty. It's sad.
