Normally but not always a good reputable breeder will not give you breeding rights because they want to protect there lines and don't want there dogs contributing to over population or other stuff. If the breeder does genetic testing, dose't use the word teacups or breed for super tiny dogs like by using females under 5 pounds to breed then I would say its a good price but if she doesn't do that stuff I would think it was very over priced.
