I have heard a few people say they are happy with what PetC did but it depends on what you want. PetCo trains their own groomers, meaning they hire people off the street and send them to a 2 week grooming class. I would not go to a chain groomer but if you do please make sure who you let groom your girl and don't leave her alone there. Every store is different so be careful. People who have had complains against these chains have gotten blown off by them so you get what you get.
