We had are Yorkie for 8 years now.He is peeing around the house. My wife and I are self employed so we can stop by the house to let him out during the day. He goes out be for we go to bed at 10:30. I get up at 3am to let him out at night and get up for the day 5:30- 6:00. I take his water up at night he thinks he runs the house this little dog is part of me.

Help Please.
