These precious babies become part of us, I believe, the moment we lay eyes on them. I was just 11 years old when I was chosen by my Max and I had him for more than half my life. He was apart of me. He followed me like it was the law around the house lol. When I'd go upstairs, he'd lay at the bottom waiting. I would call him my son all the time lol. & When he passed, he definitely took a piece of me with him. I have never felt such pain.
But the time with him, I can't express how thankful I am to have had such a love; truly the best!
They are the piece of our hearts that we all are missing.
