I imagine it is or they wouldn't be on camera right now taking much-deserved bows. I imagine that no other guy that looks like Suspect #2 was hiding in that lady's boat and bleeding from old wounds. And you know if whomever they recovered from that yard hadn't looked just like their suspect, they would have kept up the operation until they got him. After all, that guy knows how to make bombs and kills people without mercy so they want
him - not some stand in to make them look good for a night. I think they would still have a full action in progress if they weren't darn sure they've got their guy. But, until he's ID is confirmed, I imagine they are keeping their guard up, not just in that immediate area but all around.
