Red face HELP! My new adopted yorkie will not eat or drink

I just adopted a 5 year old yorkie. She is 4lbs. She's the most sweetest thing. She will not eat her food or drink water. I am feeding her Yorkie Royal Canine food. I mixed it with some wet food and added water to the kibbles so they are softer. She will eat a few and then back away from the bowl like shes scared or try to hide the bowl by rubbing her nose on the floor. She was at a breeders and I think all the dogs were fed together. I tried different bowls, plates, and even put it on the floor. Nothing helps.

She also refuses to drink water. I tried chicken broth, fruit, honey, ice cubes. Nothing works.

She's had about 1/2 cup of water in 5 days. Maybe 1/2 cup of food in 5 days. I'm really worried. I took her to the vet and he said that's normal sometimes in a new environment. Her blood test came back normal. It does say she is slightly dehydrated. She won't even drink after we take a walk in the hot sun.

What to do?? I'm going to buy a different dog food today and hopefully that helps.

For the first time today she threw up a tiny bit in the morning but seems fine now. And a few hours later she did actually ate one of her treats. She wouldn't even touch them before.

HELP! I love this little girl so much!
