Animal Smiley 019 Hello and help!

Helllooooo!

I am new here, kind of. I have been stalking this site for a couple years, but now I have two Yorkies so I feel like saying hello. I have wanted a Yorkie for awhile and I now have TWO! I was browsing Craigslist and came across a couple that wanted to rehome theirs because they felt like they were spending too much time alone. I just had to make a call. The female just turned 4 and the male is 3 1/2. On their last vet visit the female weighed 3.9 lbs and the male was 4.2. I took them to my local vet just to put them on the scale and she was 4.8lbs and he was 5.0 on the nose. They didnt have collars and tags on when I got them so maybe that is why they were up a tad. Who knows! Either way, I love them! I didn't get them as puppies which is somewhat sad, but I think it turned out for the better the more I think about it. I went and visited this couple and their pups to see how my kids and I bonded with them. It went great! I was planning on coming back a day or two later but then they said I could take them home for a few days and see how it goes. SO I DID! I didn't have to pay either. If I decided to keep them, then I would pay. And I paid!!! They are precious. The female is very mellow and cuddly, almost boring at times(haha) and the male is a little ball of FUN! My three kids love him! He would play fetch all day if someone would let him. I have had them almost two weeks and don't regret it one bit. They came with everything they had at their previous home which my husband thought was amazing so I didn't have to go on a puppy shopping spree. Bows, food, food/water bowls, crate, bed, leash/harnesses, shampoo...all that jazz. They sent Iams food but with all the research I've done on here I see that is not good. They have HORRIBLE breath so I hope once I get them on a better food that will help. Fingers crossed.

Not only did I want to say hello but I need help! Names! They were Daisy and Artemis. I didn't mind Daisy at all, thought it was actually cute, but my 17 year old niece we took in wanted to modernize her name and she is now Paislee. I am totally okay with it because it is so close to Daisy that she comes. She is very calm and sweet so the name fits her well. As with Mr. Artemis....I am not liking that AT ALL. I tried thinking of something that sounded similar but I cannot come up with something I LOVE. At first we said Armani and we bought dog tags with that name on it BUT it's just not working. I feel like that name makes me sound like a high class b***ch because it's a designer. Maybe it's just me. I now call him boy. He comes but he needs a name. Can you help?? Nothing that stars with L. My boys all have names that start with L and it's a tongue twister. Something that goes with sweet Paislee. Actually, I don't really care about that. Ha! I have come up with some, tell me what you think. I have not figured out how to post pictures in threads but there are some in my album. Warning, they are precious!

1. Nike. You know, "Just Do It" and we love sports.
2. Brinkley-the dog out of You've Got Mail! I say this because in the movie they met online and so did my husband and I.
3. Atticus-it's the only thing I can think of that kind of sounds similar to Artemis. Or not!
4. Radar-check out the ears on this pup. They are big and always sticking up.
5. I love the names Prince and Romeo but my husband says NO WAY! Bummer!
6. My husband likes BIG, long-ish names because he is so little.
7. I really, really like the name Journey. Is that lame?
8. I also like names like Courage, Mercy and all that but they sound girly. Am I wrong?
9. My husbad is a big airplane man. His Grandpa is passing down his Aeronca plane and will started getting his Pilot's license. Airplane name maybe?
10. Overall, I don't think the pup will care what his name is as long as we love him, snuggle him and play fetch with him.

If you have read all through this, I appreciate you taking the time to do so. It is very much appreciated. I plan on posting pictures often!
