^ No, most dogs do not need grain-free. I like it for my dog, but even he gets occasional treats that are not grainfree. Some dogs may have more sensitivities than others. But, no, canines as a species do NOT need grain free.

I like Cloud Star treats the best. We use the soft n' chewy Buddy Biscuits. He loves them, they are low in fat, easy to break up.

My boy won't take things like cheerios if we are training. He will share them with me if I'm eating a bowl of plain cheerios at night, but if we're training, he spits them out, like 'you want me to work for THIS?!' hahaha.

When we're doing agility training or need high-value rewards (for recall, etc), I use plain chicken or string cheese.
