Default Need INFO ASAP re: purchase of puppy

Hi.

I'm new to the yorkie breed and I'm currently looking a puppy to purchase from what seems to be a reputable breeder, however, I have questions regarding the color of these pups.

These pups are mostly black with a little tan on their eye brows and around the mouth. However, the SIR is completely white, (I think they call that blue perhaps) And the Dam is more black and beige. I was looking at pictures of this breeders past pups/customers and all seem extremely happy with their pups, but I was noticing that a lot of these pups are turning white as they get older. Is this okay? Is this a sign of a good AKC Yorkie?

I'm going to be spending quite a bit of money on this pup, less than 1K but not much less.

Thank you in advance to any body that can help me. I need to make a decision pretty quickly.
