Lol! I think Rosie needs one. The smallest harness I have right now is Luma's 1st buddy belt...size 2...it is like 10 times too big for Rosie, even on the very first belt hole.
She can slip right out of it! I'm not used to having a pup this small, ugh!!! She isn't even strong enough to pull slack on a retractable leash!
