Yes she doesn't respond to anything, however when shes scamming she responds. The sad thing is I would say this is old news, however this lady is still actively scamming she doesn't care. She's all over the Internet.. Yes my puppy had issues including skin and hair and it cost me, loretta didn't have the courtesy to return any phone calls and if you do make contact she becomes very rude "Dr Jecle & Mr Hyde" however I love my lil Louie and I purchased him a brother. New to the family Mr Dolce :-) were happy
