I hope to God this never happens again!!! It was an absolutely CrAzY day!!! Not only were there tons of people in the city cause of the marathon...but the redsox always have their opening day that day!! My husband was in the city waiting to take the train home from the game. He said he heard the bombings, but didnt know what it was at the time. And then realized the train wasnt coming and so he called me. The was the last contact before they cut off all the cell phone service! THANK GOD I managed to tell him to GET OUT of there and start walking towards the hospitals and I was heading there to get him! I will admit i broke probably every speeding and traffic law possible! But thank the lord i found him!
My friend's son was near the second bombing and his foot is swollen, bruised, bloodied and shrapnelled. BUT thank god he still has his foot and is alive!!

I pray for all the families affected by this.
