Welcome to YT. There is a wealth of information and support. I once had prospective puppy owners come to look at some of my puppies. They asked me NOT to tell them who was what sex. They wanted to choose on personality Only. IMO un-neutered males are more likely to lift their legs for marking. An neutered male may lift his leg but just to go potty.
