I got that message when I tried to post a thread RIGHT BEFORE I got locked out of YT from my home IP address. I would tell you to watch for that, but it is my understanding that they have totally fixed that IP issue thing that affected several of us. So, I guess it's just a glitch and I would still message Admin about it - he can talk to his tech guys
