I guess I should clarify about the waiting. I bathe him myself and do most of his grooming. I take him about 3 times a month for his feet and nails and mustache detangling (easier than the fight that ensues if I try) and usually only get the full grooming/trim (minus the bath) every couple of months, so my wait time is minimal. I've been lucky to find a small local family owned & run kennel /groomer with really good prices and I never make an appointment, just walk in. (Their kennel is right next to their double-wide...this is north Ga after all...)
