Sorry you had a bad ER experience. Have more xrays done. Sometimes a break is not found on initial films. Plus, if you have been walking around on it, something could be worse now. That is what happened to my father.
I would also follow up with your OB. That isn't right that the ER didn't check your baby. I would avoid Tylenol too.
