I think it would be perfectly fine to take her, but just don't put her down on the ground. Just find a front carrier you can put her in (not the ones that their back legs hang out in) so you can be hands free and she can just watch everything, which I think would be better on her first outing anyway !
Take along a diaper bag or what you have on hand, with a bottle of water, a little pan for water, her food, 2 or 3 disposable pee-pads, little jacket in case it gets too cool for her. Take her in the ladies rest room every couple hours and put a pee-pad down and keep her on it for a few minutes, but not let her feet go on the floor. If she doesn't go the first time, then take her back in an hour. If she goes the second time, then you could wait 2 hours before the next potty break. (those are good times to put the pan of water just off the pad and add a little water to see if she's thirsty).

I wouldn't bathe her the day before or the day you do take her as she could possibly catch a cold. Bathe her a week before you go, then you can give her a nice bath the next day to get all the dust off her.
