There have been many times that I wished a troubled animal could tell me what it had been through but, no, I don't think I would ever pay money for a "pet communicator." Usually with enough patience, love and affection you can communicate to a troubled pet that you can be trusted and they will respond. I think pets tend to be the best communicators as well as receptors.
