Default Yorkie and a baby

We have a 2 year old Yorkie, Teddy, whom we love so so much. He is very spoiled (hand fed twice a day, sleeps in the same bed with us, and is usually very demanding little fella). He is used to being the centre of the universe.

Now 2 weeks ago, I gave birth to a baby boy and needless to say, our life turned upside down. As we try to settle into a routine, I didn't really have much time to care for Teddy as much as I used to. I still try to hand feed him and take a nap holding him every time the baby is asleep, but I just feel like he feels being isolated. The first night we brought the baby home, Teddy decided he'd sleep on the sofa. It's fine with me and I go there hold him for 15 minutes before going back to our bedroom. But it breaks my heart seeing him lonely! I mean I expected him being jealous of the baby and angry but not lonely and sad. I am not really sure how to handle this as I have no free time and I am always so tired. Or am I just overreacting??? Have any of you been in similar situation??
