Well it has been an hour and I haven't heard anything yet
I know she said they'd call when Layla wakes up, but I'm nervous that the surgery didn't go well. They said worst-case scenario would be if she had to lose her eye and it would end up taking about an hour. They took her from me so quickly this morning I didn't really have time to say goodbye to her and now I'm so scared that's might be the last time I saw my baby with two eyes. I am just feeling really worked up over it right now.
