If she vomits up that dark liquid stool consistancy vomit, ...this is gross....smell it to see if it indeed does smell like feces.....if you know for certain she has not eaten poop, and her vomit is smelling like feces, she could very likely have an obstruction....maybe something she has swallowed, that she can not pass and has her plugged up....take any vomit you smell that smells like stool, and go to the vet with the vomit specimen so he can smell it.
