 Don't make yourself sick over this--
You're doing your best. Some can't be tube fed. Some babies just have multiple serious defects and you can only do your best. You're keeping her warm, turning and stimulating her, feeding her what she'll accept. That's good enough. Personally, I've never saved a weakling with tube feeding and may never try it again. When a puppy is that sick I think tubing is a big long shot and may not be worth the additional suffering. Good luck. I know the pain. |
