I love T.Bumpkins wee wee pads! That's what I use in my house. I've never had to purchase panties or diapers, but I know they have them on Etsy. I've purchased belly bands for my boy on Etsy. I'm sure you can find a vendor who will let you choose a fabric. A lot of Etsy vendors custom make their products. Good luck!
