I finally did it!
After many trips to the vet, lots of almost full bags of food donated to the local shelter, and quite of money spent , I decided to start home cooking. After just a week, Max's bloody diarrhea has stopped and he is feeling good and playful again.
I have been searching for new recipes, but have found conflicting information regarding beans, one site says that beans re a great source of protein for dogs, other site says that beans can be highly toxic, hard on their kidneys, maybe even a cause of dead
. Tonight I wanted to make lentils with vegetables and greens but now I dont know if I should or get another recipe. Does anyone know if beans are good or bad for the furkids?
