Brian Williams on NBC was talking about that and said they had heard right along that it was an electrical fire all along but since he had said that, they were just going to keep that part of the conflicting stories kind of pending until more came in. I saw a picture of the Library with black smoke damage around the entrance all on the bricks, etc. It sure didn't look from the outside like a bombing but, of course, it all could be inside and nothing blew out the doors or windows. I sure hope it wasn't related - that is more worrisome that they involved a 3rd site!
