I wanted to bump this up again because I have been using mushrooms a lot again lately.
I grind up dried mushrooms in my coffee grinder to make a mushroom powder to add flavor to soups and stews and burgers etc without always adding extra moisture.
I also make my own cream of mushroom soup ("can style" to cook with, takes 5 minutes, and also a more refined version to eat alone)
