I cook the Quinoa (1 cup) in 2 cups chicken broth, then sauté onions, shredded carrots, ground turkey, chicken or shrimp, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 ground coriander, 1/4 ground turmeric, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro . Then add the Quinoa. It's outstanding! |
