Default Picky Eaters?

I have two puppies, a ten month old pomapoo and a 9 month old Yorkie. They were eating good until spring break came when my brother and sister came to stay for a week. My brother and sister likes to really spoil them and give them extra attention so when they weren't eating well I didn't put much thought into it. I figured they have too many distractions. Later in the week both dogs would barely touch their food so I thought since both dogs did not want their food maybe someone left the bag open and let it get stale so I gave them some wet dog food to test if they were hungry or if it was the food. They ate all their food instantly. So I fed them wet food for a few days to make sure they ate something then after my brother and sister left I bought a new bag of dry dog food and mixed it with the wet food to try getting them back to dry food. They would eat some but not all their food.

Trixie the pomapoo likes to eat. She normally eats all her food the moment it is put in her bowl. *I have to feed them in their separate rooms because Xena eats slow and Trixie will try to eat Xena's food too. Xena doesn't over eat if someone like my dad puts too much food in the bowl she will eat her fill then leave the rest. If you put more food in Trixie's bowl she would eat it too so it's a little strange she is the main one not eating.*

I tried going back to just dry food but neither dogs will eat it. They will nibble a little of hide some pieces in their room but by time supper comes their bowls are still full. I tried mixing it again but they are still leaving food.

Are my pups suddenly just being picky or is their something wrong with the dry food that I dont know about? Xena just started her period two days ago could that have something to do with it? But Trixie has been off hers for a month now so it doesn't really fit for her to be finicky too. Aside from barely eating they have both been their active happy selves.
Does anyone have advice on what to try next or have an idea on what the real problem is?
