Both puppies are adorable. The best clue to what they might look like as adults is to look at their parents. Personally I would insist on seeing the parents and where these dogs live and are bred.
Some breeders will say that they can't risk having visitors for health and security reasons related to pups. Some of these people might be legitimate, but many are not. They ask to meet pet buyers at a public location and often deliver a pup that is not the one in the pictures.
Be cautious.
