Most days, when ZoE is just hanging out at home, she just has a rubber band in her hair, so it holds the hair out of the face. I think just using the band with nothing attached to it helped her to get used to it being on her head.
She knows when I grab her harness that she's getting a bow put in too and sit's nicely for it. Now, she's associated getting her bow with going out somewhere, so she gets excited about wearing a bow.
